Shipping of Your Order

Orders placed before 9:00 PM are shipped the same day. Shipping within the Netherlands is carried out via DHL.

After placing and paying for your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received a message, please contact us so we can check whether everything went through correctly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a track & trace code. This allows you to track your shipment. From the moment the package has been handed over to DHL, we no longer have any control over the delivery time.

Returns Within 14 Days of Receipt

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Bootstock is not responsible for covering shipping costs when orders are returned.

When returning an item, always include your name, address details, and order number. Without the order number or your contact details, we cannot identify who the return shipment belongs to.

Please handle the boots with care. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

We always recommend sending returned packages with tracking. Bootstock is not responsible for lost shipments.
