Shipping and returns

Shipping

We strive to ship your order within 1-4 working days.
Shipping is done in the Netherlands through DHL.

After ordering & payment you will receive an email message of your order. If you do not receive this message, let us know and we will check whether everything went well.

When your package has been delivered to a DHL point, you will receive a confirmation of the shipment via a Track & Trace code in your mailbox. You can track your shipment on this.
When the package has been transferred to DHL, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time.

Now we only ship to all the Countries in Europe. If you want to have an order shipped to another country outside Europe, please contact us at: info@bootstock.nl. Adjusted shipping rates apply for this.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that the items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days. The return costs are to be paid by the customer. Bootstock is not responsible for paying shipping costs when orders are returned.

Always include your packing slip with the order number and add the reason for return. Without the order number or name and address details, we cannot find out who the return shipment belongs to.

Treat the boots with care. When returning, it must be in the same condition as you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

We always recommend you use a tracked delivery for your returned parcels. Bootstock is NOT responsabel for lost delivery’s.
