Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to all countries in Europe. If you would like to have an order shipped to a country outside of Europe, please contact us at: info@bootstock.com. Adjusted shipping costs apply.

What delivery services do you offer?

Shipping in the Netherlands is via DHL.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-4 working days.

How can I track my order/where can I find the track & trace?

After ordering and paying you will receive an email to confirm the order placed. If you have not received a message, please contact us so we can check if everything went well

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment and a track & trace code. This allows you to track your shipment. From the moment the package is transferred to DHL, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time.

How much are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are currently €5.95 but this varies per country. When placing the order, the correct shipping costs will be visible.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do now?

If the received track & trace code is after 1-4
working days does not indicate when the package will be delivered, please contact DHL first. They can often provide you with the correct information immediately.

Return

What is your return policy?

Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Bootstock is not responsible for paying shipping costs when orders are returned.

Always include the packing slip with the order number and state the reason for return. Without the order number or your name and address details, we cannot determine who the return shipment belongs to.

Please treat the boots with care. When returning, it must be in the same condition as you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

We always recommend that you send your returned packages with tracking. Bootstock is not responsible for lost deliveries.

Within how many days do I have to return my order?

Within 14 days of receipt.

How can I return my order?

You can use the enclosed return label.

Always include the packing slip with the order number and state the reason for return. Without the order number or your name and address details, we cannot determine who the return shipment belongs to.

Who pays for the return label?

All returns are at your own expense. Bootstock is
not responsible for paying shipping charges when the
order is returned.

Can I return sale items?

Yes, as long as it falls within the statutory reflection period of 14 days.

Can I exchange my received product for a different size?

You return your received product, you can order a different size or product via the website yourself.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How do I find out what my correct size is?

The size charts are on the website with the boots, each boot has its own size chart. The website also clearly states how the feet should be measured.

Our boots are produced in Portugal and India.
