International shipments via Ecomplify
Shipping to non-EU countries with UPS | Ecomplify
We ship our products outside the EU through our partner Ecomplify. Your order will be delivered to your door by UPS. Because Ecomplify handles the export, you are eligible for a VAT refund upon receipt of your package!
How it works: At checkout, select 'UPS | Ecomplify' as your preferred shipping option. After completing your order, Ecomplify will contact you to securely collect your bank details. At that point, the exact refund amount will also be confirmed to you. Once the return period has passed, Ecomplify will transfer this amount to the bank account you provided.
Please note: the VAT refund is separate from any import duties and taxes in your country. These costs vary per order and destination, but the refund significantly reduces the overall impact of import charges.

Returns outside the EU via UPS | Ecomplify:
Did you order from outside the EU and would you like to return your order? Because the package re-enters the Netherlands upon return, import charges will apply. These costs, including the return shipping costs, will be fully charged to the customer and deducted from the total refund amount.
